Built for scale, designed for consistency.

Our Baddi (H.P.) facility runs three dedicated manufacturing lines — oral liquids, ointments and solid dosage forms — each purpose-built around the equipment and area design that dosage form demands.

Built for scale, by design

Consistency at scale doesn't happen by chance — it's built into the equipment, the area design, and the flow between them.

Every stage, from raw material to finished pack, runs inside a controlled, documented environment. Each line is purpose-built around its dosage form — so the tenth batch performs exactly like the first.

Three dedicated lines

Purpose-built for oral liquids, ointments and solid dosage

Each line is engineered around the equipment and area design its dosage form demands — with matched packing and full material traceability.

Line 01 · Liquids

Oral Liquid Manufacturing

3,000 L LINE

The full process in one continuous flow — sugar preparation and filtration, solvent heating, liquid manufacturing and storage tanks, and high-capacity transfer pumping. Bottle washing runs through a rotary system and hot/cold purified water tanks, feeding directly into 6-head filling and sealing, followed by inline homogenization, labeling, shrink-wrapping and strapping.

Line 02 · Topicals

Ointment & Topical Manufacturing

300 / 2,000 KG

Two dedicated ointment suites handle wax-phase and water-phase preparation, high-shear mixing and vacuum-assisted transfer through hydraulic and metering pumps. Tube and lotion filling run on single- and double-head heads, with dedicated conveyor lines feeding straight into tube and lotion packing areas.

Line 03 · Solids

Solid Dosage — Tablets & Capsules

27 / 35 / 45-STATION

Granulation runs across two dedicated suites — fluid bed dryers, rapid mixer granulators, multi-mills and cone blenders — feeding compression across three lines. Coating is handled through auto-coaters and conventional coating pans with integrated de-dusting, while the capsule area runs dedicated filling machines, blenders and sifters for capsule-specific batches.

Packing & Finishing

Line-matched packing for every dosage form

Blister (ALU-ALU & ALU-PVC) and strip packing for tablets and capsules, pouch and tube packing for topicals, and bottle labeling, conveying and sealing for liquids — with static pass boxes and dedicated scrap-out points maintaining segregation.

Finishing & traceability

Every dosage form finished on line-matched equipment

Packing runs on equipment matched to each line, with segregation maintained between packing lines. Stainless-steel sampling and dispensing accessories are dedicated by area and batch stage, supporting clean material flow and full batch traceability from manufacturing through to packing.

Why it matters

The tenth batch performs exactly like the first.

Consistency at scale doesn't happen by chance — it's built into the equipment, the area design, and the flow between them. Our production lines are engineered for exactly that.

Frequently asked

Manufacturing & Production — answered

How many manufacturing lines does the facility run?+
The Baddi (H.P.) facility runs three dedicated manufacturing lines — oral liquids, ointments and solid dosage forms — each purpose-built around the equipment and area design that dosage form demands.
What is the oral liquid line capacity?+
The 3,000-litre oral liquid line covers sugar preparation and filtration, solvent heating, manufacturing and storage, transfer pumping up to 5,000 litres/hour, and 6-head filling and sealing running up to 200 bottles per minute.
What ointment and topical capacity is available?+
Two dedicated ointment suites of 300 kg and 2,000 kg capacity handle wax-phase and water-phase preparation, high-shear mixing and vacuum-assisted transfer, with tube and lotion filling at up to 40 tubes per minute.
What solid dosage equipment is used?+
Granulation runs across fluid bed dryers (60–250 kg), rapid mixer granulators, multi-mills and cone blenders, feeding compression on 27, 35 and 45-station machines, with auto-coaters, coating pans and dedicated capsule filling.
How is batch traceability maintained on the floor?+
